Dear God, I thank you for waking me up today. You have given me another sunrise to enjoy. Lord, on this Thursday morning, I seek your guidance and wisdom for the day ahead. Help me make decisions that align with your will and purpose. May your Holy Spirit be my compass, leading me toward righteousness and love. Give me the strength to face challenges with faith and courage.*Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21* Thank you for the wonderful sounds of nature and the cool breeze brushing through the trees making the birds sing beautiful melodies. I praise You, Father, for allowing me to live another beautiful day in Your Kingdom. *But thanks be to God! I have overcome the world. John 16:33*. All-powerful and ever-living God,at morning, noon, and evening we pray cast out from our hearts the darkness of sin and bring us to the light of your truth. May we love you above all things,and our brothers for your sake. O God, who led Saint Josephine Bakhita from abject slavery to the dignity of being your daughter and a bride of Christ,grant, we pray, that by her example we may show constant love for the Lord Jesus crucified, remaining steadfast in charity and prompt to show compassion. *Grant this through Christ our Lord.*
